Joe from A-Tex came over the morning after I called their office to inspect my property. We have a small deck area between our main house and garage that we think rodents are living under. He inspected the problem areas and told us that the most likely culprit would be roof rats. Joe proposed that we place three bait traps and have the bait traps checked monthly. Also, though A-Tex does not typically install animal barrier systems for decks he was willing to give talk to his manager and give us a quote on what the job would cost.
