Cockroaches

Cockroaches are the most common household pests and are active all year long but kick it into high gear in the fall when they are looking for a warm place to mate. Cockroaches are very sneaky and incredibly filthy. People with asthma or other chronic illnesses can be at risk as they can carry disease. Stinging Insects

Spiders

Many spiders begin breeding in the fall. The black widow being one especially. They are not as feisty as their reputation suggests but will become more active in order to mate and more willing to attack to defend eggs. Brown recluse spiders have a necrotic venom. The bite of a brown recluse can cause minor localized pain to severe lesions and systemic reactions that can include renal failure, and may even cause kidney failure, coma and death. The affected area of a bite can destroy soft tissue and can take months to heal. Because there is no known anti-venom it’s imperative to take measures of controlling them.

Rodents

Mice and will be more visible when the weather gets cooler and they start looking o shelter. They are able to get through spaces that are smaller than them as they can compress their bodies very easily. Once inside, they will seek out areas to nest and will chew their way through wood or almost anything else to get to a warm place. One they start breeding you can have a full blown infestation in very little time while possibly causing a lot of property damage.
