They can be quite small in size, but each of these egg sacs has thousands of spiders inside.
– Exoskeletons: As spiders grow and mature, they will shed their skin several times. This leaves behind, pale and transparent exoskeletons. These exoskeletons are often a papery texture and fragile. Where you see these exoskeletons, spiders are surely nearby.
What to Do When You Find Spiders in Your House
The thing to remember about spiders is that many of them are harmless. There are a few species including the black widow and the brown recluse that are dangerous, but many can coexist with us. Here are some things that you should do when you find spiders in your house:
– Relocate: Try to relocate them outside, where they belong. You can capture it in a cup or jar fairly easily for a quick release.
– Declutter: Spiders are drawn to places that are cluttered. When you work to cut down on the clutter in your home, you may see that the spiders leave as well.
– Seal: It is vital that you seal all the entry points in your home where spiders are getting in. This includes windows, screens, doors, foundation cracks and more.
